Born 3 May 1894, upstairs from his father's saloon at Hunt Ave and Tower Grove Ave, in St. Louis. His family then moved shortly after to Kirkwood then to Valley Park.
Milton moved back to St. Louis and started his family on Castleman Ave. Then to Flora Ave, and then to Westway Ave.
